We ship nationwide across South Africa via courier. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed; you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on or shortly after their official release date. If an order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, it ships once all items are available unless arranged otherwise.
Returns
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within the period required by South African consumer law. Sealed collectibles and trading cards may be non-returnable once opened.
